Last night the "Dancing Green Turtle" was seen dancing from room to room as Ultimate Cravers celebrated to "Disco Fever 1" before an All-Star line up of D J's.
If venues where given a score like in "Dancing With The Stars", than I would have to give it an "8" for room capacity in the main room and a "10" for the 2nd room. Then I would have to re-tally my score and give the 2nd room a "9" and the main room a "10". Wait a minute, Rude Dawg your losing me, what are you talking about? Let me explain, people where bouncing back and forth, dancing from room to room. You see, one minute, one song, I take a picture of this couple getting their dance groove on the main dance floor, I grab a beer and rush over to the back room and realize, it's the same couple..what the...heck.
So depending on the "Perception There Of" and the time you arrived at the Dancing Green Turtle and the whatever room you were in, one thing for sure is that PARTY PEOPLE were jumping in the air and on the dance floor!
DJ Ralph started off the evening in the main room with some excellent Classic Disco and DJ Eddie Retro fired up the burners in the back room with a spectacular light show. DJ Eddie Retro was on fire last night. DJ Eddie was so jazzed and excited, one might of thought he was playing the last set of the night at Circus for the ultimate, very last venue.
The line up was amazing: DJ Paul, Midnight Disco, DJ Henry H.R.F, Mike Enchantment, Jerry Infinity, Blondie and DJ Ralph, Hipnogger, Romance and Charlie C., one couldn't ask for a better batting lineup.
The sound and dazzling light show by Ultimate Crave's, Rees and Crew was spectacular with with presiding Master of Ceremonies, MC Mario. Doreen thank you for welcoming all our guests ~ greatly appreciated.
Crunch time is opportunity meeting talent in which the venue hits maximum room and dance floor capacity in conjunction with the mixing talents of a talented Dj.
At 10:00 pm Jerry Infinity manned the main room DJ booth to a capacity packed dance floor that seemed to come out of no where, because I was seated at the front door, and the crowd appeared to have beamed in from the Star Trek Voyager.
Our special thanks to all our loyal supporting Dancing Green Turtles:Olga and Art, Benny and Patty, Al and Alfred, Cindy B. and little Cindy, Lydia and Barbara and Sam the movie producer.
Happy Birthday wishes to my friends Richard Soto and Dora Ballesteros who celebrated their birthdays at the Pomona Valley Mining Company and the Montebello Inn respectively. I only wish I could been at three places at one time.
And I'll See You @ The Green Turtle On Saturday May 10, 2008 for the Pajama Party Disco Style!
